  • Original, human-written content that speaks to your target audience and incorporates your provided keywords and semantically related terms in a natural manner.
  • SEO-optimised content that your audience finds valuable, useful, and easy to read.
  • Suggested title tag and meta description.
  • Use of links, statistics, and industry-specific quotes as needed.
  • Product screenshots if needed.
  • An initial call (video or audio) to discuss the project.
  • Up to two revisions, with scope of work not deviating from the original brief.
  • Ongoing email communication providing updates, asking for information, or responding to your own queries.

Writing Services I Don’t Offer

Though sometimes used interchangeably, content writing is not the same as copywriting.

While both content writing and copywriting aim to engage readers, they serve different purposes. Think of content writing as a friendly chat where you share valuable insights, tips, or information to inform or entertain your audience. It’s long-form and focused on building relationships. On the other hand, copywriting is more like a persuasive pitch aimed at encouraging immediate action, like making a purchase or signing up for a newsletter. It’s shorter and more direct. My specialty is in the ‘friendly chat’ category—creating in-depth, engaging content that builds connections and authority. But I can still assist with some copywriting.

In terms of content writing, I don’t work on scripts or write e-books. While I am exploring the possibility of including white papers, it is not a service I am ready to offer at the moment.

What I Need From You

In most instances I only need two things from you to get started:

  1. A content brief.
  2. Your style guide, if you have one.

These simply ensure that the first draft I submit is as close to your expectations as possible. Meaning minimal, if any, revisions.

Invoicing and Payments

  • I issue an itemised invoice once you accept my quote.
  • Invoices, like my prices, are in USD.
  • For new clients – 50% due before work begins, and the balance once work is completed.
  • Net 15 for recurring clients – from the 5th article onwards.
  • Payment can be made via PayPal or bank transfer. If you prefer another form of payment, please mention this during discovery.
